Step 1 — Things to Consider
Number of Guests
Determine the number of guests you expect to have. For planned parties and corporate events it is fairly easy to estimate based on the number of RSVPs you receive. Viva Las Vegas! will use this information to determine the appropriate number of tables and dealers for your event. As a general rule you will want gaming tables for 50%–75% of your total guest count. This takes into account that your guests may be involved with other forms of entertainment (such as a dancing) or engaging in general socializing. However, If the casino games are the main event of the evening, this percentage increases to 75%–95%. We will assist you in determining what best suits your needs.
Location
Viva Las Vegas! can turn just about any location into a fantastic fantasy casino. All you need to do is find a location that is convenient to your guests, accommodates the number of tables and guests that you expect, and is priced appropriately. For small events you can use your office or even your home. For larger events, hotel meeting rooms work great.

Viva Las Vegas! Casino Games and Party Entertainment has all of the major casino table games: Blackjack, Poker, Roulette and Craps, as well as several wheels of chance. Most guests prefer Blackjack and Poker. If you have a particular casino game you would like to see, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your special request.

The Play
Our dealers convert your guests' "funny money" into chips. Viva Las Vegas! always uses chips at the tables to ensure quick, spirited play. Minimum and maximum bets are established to keep the payoffs moving quickly. Our dealers take the time to help your guests learn all of the games and will encourage them to have fun and get into the exciting Las Vegas feel.
The Big Finish!
Many casino parties conclude with the awarding of prizes (though this is never required). It you decide to go this route, prizes may be distributed in several ways:
- Auction — Your guests' "winnings" are converted into vouchers that are used in an auction setting for prize giveaways.
- Top Winners — Our dealers tally up your guests' winnings and announce the "top winners" for the event.
